| In the idyllic surroundings of 'The Gateway to the Highlands', Perthshire Holiday Lets have three luxury self-catering holiday cottages: Both Dunaird Coach House and Dunaird Cottage are located in the grounds of a charming 'B' listed manor house, and are in the villages of Dunkeld and Birnam, approximately 14 miles from Pitlochry. The Auld Smiddy is within 1 mile of Pitlochry in the village of Moulin. |
| All cottages are well appointed, all within a short drive to Pitlochry, with many entertaining things to see and do, such as the salmon ladder, fishing, and the theatre festival in the summer. |
| Dunaird Coach House, which has a four star rating, sleeps four, with two double bedrooms. This cosy self-catering cottage is bright and spacious with a modern fitted kitchen. The living room comes complete with a dining area, which is located on the first floor, with skylights providing plenty of light, with stunning views of Birnam Hill when relaxing outside The Coach House. |
| One double bedroom is located on the ground floor, and has its own en-suite shower room. A utility and drying room is also located on the ground floor, which includes a washing machine. The second king size double bedroom is located on the first floor and also has an en-suite shower room: There is an additional WC and washbasin on the first floor. Outside, guests have a BBQ, summerhouse, parking and storage for sports equipment. |
| The Auld Smiddy sleeps six with two double and one twin room. It's newly refurbished to a very high standard, and has a fully fitted kitchen and sunroom, plus a sitting room with a log burner. The style of the cottage is relaxed, traditional and cosy, and it is exceedingly well appointed with everything you need for a great holiday. |
| One of the double bedrooms is located downstairs, and has its own en-suite with a shower over the bath, while the other double and the twin room are upstairs share a shower room. Outside the garden is well maintained with a deck and seating and a BBQ area. |
| Dunaird Cottage, sleeps two in comfort, with all accommodation on the ground floor. There is one double bedroom with shower room with walk in electric shower. The cottage is heated by a log burner. |
| All cottages have very high specifications and include TV's DVD and CD player, linen and towels; plus all gas and electricity bills are included in the price. |
