| Set within the beautiful scenic landscapes of Perthshire, near the popular town of Aberfeldy, Innerwick Estate is a working hill farm and provides a wonderful environment for a family holiday. On site are three holiday cottages which sleep 8, 6 and 4 persons respectively and contain everything required for guests to make the most of the accommodation and of the stunning natural surrounds. Stay close to home and enjoy the peaceful vistas provided by a designated National Scenic Area or tour the most popular parts of Perthshire and Central Scotland, returning from your travels to a true home from home. |
| The largest of the cottages is Ballinloan House, a five star self-catering option for up to 8 persons. A traditional stone farmhouse, the cottage has been completely renovated to provide superb accommodation comprising two twin and two double bedrooms, spacious lounge with open log fire and SKY TV, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen/breakfasting room with Aga, electric cooker and double doors which lead onto the terrace. The cottage has ample parking and is set within 2 ½ acres of beautiful grounds. |
| Innerwick Farmhouse is a two-storey stone built farmhouse which sleeps 6 persons within three bedrooms, one of which has en suite facilities. This cottage is similarly well equipped with kitchen, dining and lounge facilities and has a small enclosed garden, with access to hill walking tracks just 200 yards away. |
| Ballinloan Cottage is the final holiday cottage on Innerwick Estate and sleeps four persons within two bedrooms. Situated at the foot of Craig Ard it is well placed to provide convenient access to popular walking and climbing routes and provides a lovely cosy cottage atmosphere besides. |
| Heating is provided for all the cottages and family dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (a fee of £10 per dog in Ballinloan House applies) Bed linen, towels etc are available for hire (All bedding is provided with Ballinloan House) |
