| The charming Perthshire village of Stanley sits on the banks of the River Tay, providing convenient access to all the activities on the river and the surrounding Perthshire countryside. At the north end of the village lies a superb holiday cottage, the Four Seasons, fully equipped, stylish and spacious; the ideal self-catering holiday accommodation for up to eight persons. The cottage has been established with the needs of holidaymakers in mind and as well as providing a convenient base for the most popular parts of the area, contains everything required to make Perthshire feel like home. |
| Set over two floors, the ground floor of the cottage contains a spacious lounge, where eight people can sit comfortably on the leather suite and enjoy SKY Freeview channels on the flat screen LCD television. The large table in the dining room can seat the same number and the breakfast kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances including an electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and table and chairs for four. There is a further utility/drying room with washing machine, sink and drying rail. |
| A double bedroom and bathroom are also downstairs with three further twin bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has an ensuite shower and WC another has TV with SKY freeview. There is a further shower room with WC upstairs. Additional facilities include a double garage with chest freezer and storage area and an enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and barbecue. |
| There are numerous shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance in the village and a wide array of outdoor activities available locally, including fishing and canoeing on the Tay, cycling, walking and horse riding. There is some terrific golf to be had throughout Perthshire and the town of Pitlochry is nearby. |
