Balneden Steading Cottages are perfectly situated just 30 miles from Scotland's skiing capital, Aviemore, a town made for outdoor enthusiasts and also just a 45 minute drive from the Moray Firth, a Mecca for wildlife enthusiasts. |
| Balneden Steading offers 3 newly renovated cottages to rent, each of which has been graded 4* by Visit Scotland. The Mill and The Grain Store each sleep 4-5, and The Cattle Shed sleeps 2. Each cottage offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding highland scenery and all are furnished to an extremely high standard. The owners at Balneden used to visit this area on holiday but could never find anywhere nice to stay. In a moment of madness they decided to move up and renovate a derelict barn into the self-catering accommodation that they could never find! |

| Each cottage at Balneden is a self contained holiday home. All accommodation has underfloor heating, wooden floors, wood burning stoves, well-fitted kitchens and contemporary bathrooms. Laundry & recycling facilities are located in the communal laundry room. Each cottage has a flat screen TV with Freesat, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in each cottage for those who prefer to stay connected whilst still getting away from it all. |
